Coming from the scorching sands of California’s Imperial Valley, WJTK is comprised of five guys with questionable mental faculties who love to make cacophonous music. Drawing influences from many genres, ranging from indie to death metal, their creativity knows no boundaries. Trying to blend their sound with some of their favorite genres and a combination of a love for theatrics, this band lives to perform.
Founded by vocalist and composer Obed “Payaso” Jaime and guitarist Nox in early 2022, the two would eventually recruit long time friend Luis “Senor Sensei” Estrada. After a year of trial and error, the trio joined forces with guitarist Cristian “Snafu” Arredondo and drummer Hector “Big Foo” Ramos (he’s not that big) along the way to form their current line up. Their shenanigans can be found on their social media platforms.
